On December 10, Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University hospitably opened its doors to over 500 high school students from different regions of Ukraine. The large-scale Stefanyk Open Day event became a real celebration of knowledge, inspiration, and vivid emotions for future applicants and their families.
The event began with warm words of welcome from the Acting Rector of the University, Igor Tsependa, who emphasized the importance of a conscious choice of profession and emphasized the advantages of studying at PNU: “We strive to give each student not only a high-quality education, but also practical skills for a successful future. By choosing our University, you choose the path to professional and personal development.”
A special highlight of Stefanyk Open Day was the university superhero Spider-Man and Saint Nicholas, who charged guests with positive emotions, gave gifts, and created a fabulous atmosphere.
The focus was on interactive locations, where high school students were able:
Conduct exciting laboratory experiments;
Try themselves as journalists, artists, and tourist guides;
Participate in master classes and chat with teachers.
The organization of the event was the result of the joint work of the university’s professional team, including the coordinator of career guidance events Nelia Dolynko and the team of the Admissions Committee, the director of the Educational and Scientific Center for Professional Careers Halyna Voloshchuk and a team of representatives of all faculties.
