Career guidance meeting with high school students of Lyceum No. 20 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council

On February 13, 2024, teachers of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations held a career orientation meeting with students of grades 10 and 11 of Lyceum No. 20 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council. Teachers Bohdan Paska, Roman Kobylnyk and Viktoriia Nytspol presented the educational programs “Secondary Education (History)”, “History and Archaeology” and “International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies”, which will provide an opportunity to obtain a professional specialty of higher education. Lyceum students had the opportunity to learn about the achievements, directions and prospects of development, the conditions for organizing the educational process, and the international activities of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.

Roman Kobylnyk explained to the Lyceum students the features of the 2025 admission campaign and urged young people to submit documents specifically to the V. Stefanyk PNU. Bohdan Paska, who is responsible for career guidance at the faculty, provided information to potential applicants about other specialties – “Political Science”, “International Relations, Public Communications and Regional Studies”, “International Economic Relations” and “International Business Management”. A video about the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations was presented to high school students.

Future applicants received detailed information about Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, the prestige of obtaining higher education at one of the leading universities of Ukraine, a wide range of specialties of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations, which open up the opportunity for young people to realize their plans in the future. The teachers paid considerable attention to the professional skills that future students will receive and who they will be able to work with. Potential applicants received useful information about the features of training and further employment opportunities for students and graduates of the Faculty’s specialties.
